We asked make-up artist, Lauren Poole how to deal with dry skin.
"You're not alone. Lots of brides worry about how their dry skin will affect their wedding day look. Thankfully, there are tricks we can use to improve your complexion.
"Drink plenty of water. It sounds obvious, but drinking more will benefit your overall appearance and help flush out any toxins that might cause spots or blemishes.
"Find a moisturiser that you love and use it at least twice a day – in the morning and evening. A company that offer products for dry skin is The Ordinary.
"Look for a foundation that complements your complexion. Have a good browse around the make-up aisles, and don't be afraid to try different things. Take a look at Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse and Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation.
"A liquid highlighter will make your face glow. Mix it in with your foundation before applying. My favourite is NARS Cosmetics Illuminator in Copacabana."
