A group of local suppliers worked together to create two different looks at Ashfield House

This styled shoot was put together by Emma Curran and Naomi Mills from The Capture Co. Emma tells us: “We had been shooting individually, but after working together on a few weddings last year, we realised our styles are similar, so we decided to join forces and create The Capture Co. To support the launch of our new business, we wanted to wow couples by creating some stunning, fresh content.

“We used this opportunity to begin building a network of amazing local suppliers who we would then be able to recommend to new clients and vice versa. It was really important to us that we selected companies who we felt shared our vision, for example, the amazing work done by Jess and Ashley at Stix & Stems, but also, those who may have been new to the industry such as E & E Car Hire. The wedding industry is competitive, so by doing this, it felt as though we were giving something back.

“It was an incredible day. It felt like a full-on #girlpower type situation. We shared stories during the downtime about how many of us have full-time jobs and undertake our passion projects as a side hustle or how some of us previously had full-time careers and completely changed direction to live and breathe our passion. In every situation, everyone loves what they do, and that shows in the quality of the vision that was created and captured. We’re proud of how everything came together, and that’s down to the suppliers being able to bring our initial brief to life.”
