Nicola tells us more about her company: "I'm new to millinery, but being awarded these accolades is really inspiring and helps me to progress further on my journey. I have created Pebelles Boutique Couture Millinery so that customers can achieve their chosen design, look and style. I offer a bespoke and specialised service for my customers to help them find the perfect hat or fascinator. All my pieces are beautifully handmade using couture stitching and traditional millinery techniques, and in each design, I consider personality, style and occasion."
