Tie the knot at The Coppermines Mountain Cottages

The Coppermines Mountain Cottages is a gorgeous wedding venue nestled deep in the Cumbrian countryside. Restored from a Victorian sawmill, it boasts stone walls, log fires, contemporary leather furniture throughout, four private hot tubs and 10 en suite bedrooms. It offers breathtaking views of the Lakeland skyline and nearby mountains, creating the perfect backdrop for those new Mr and Mrs snaps.

Couples can get married in the largest of the four properties, the Sawyers Cottage. This open-plan area has double doors that offer amazing views of the Coppermines valley, with space for 50 of your loved ones.

There's a large area outside the cottages that's ideal for a marquee or tipi for your evening reception. It's big enough to accommodate 300 of your nearest and dearest.
