Lindeth Howe, a wedding venue built in 1879 has recently undergone a £1million refurbishment. Owned by Beatrix Potter for almost 20 years in the early 20th-century it still retains strong links with the renowned writer.

The new wedding space, Hill Top was named after Potter's famous farmhouse and it boasts bright colours and nature-inspired furnishings. The transformation also includes special touches in the guest bedrooms and a new seating area perfect for al fresco celebrations.
