Get married at the picturesque Coppermines Mountain Cottages

Nestled deep in the Cumbrian countryside are the gorgeous Coppermines Mountain Cottages. Restored from a Victorian sawmill, it boasts stone walls, log fires, contemporary furniture, four private hot tubs and 10 en suite bedrooms. There are also stunning views of the Lakeland skyline and nearby mountains, creating the perfect backdrop for those newlywed pictures.

Lovebirds can get married in the largest of the four properties, the Sawyers Cottage. This open-plan area has double doors and offers stunning views of the Coppermines Valley, with space for 50 loved ones.

From 2019, the Copper Barn will be available. It will have room for 100 nearest and dearest for the vows.

Couples can have their reception in the grounds. Ideal for a marquee or tipi, the area is big enough to accommodate 300 friends and family.
