We adore Stephanie and Jennifer's real wedding on page 33 of the current issue!
Stephanie and Jennifer met on a dating site. “A lot of our friends were using it, so I set up a profile, hoping to meet someone,” says Jennifer. “I messaged Steph with a quote from what turned out to be her favourite film, The Silence of the Lambs. She was very impressed, and we began messaging each other constantly.”
After a year of dating, Stephanie popped the question on their first anniversary. “I came home from work in the early hours, expecting Steph to be asleep,” explains Jennifer. “I walked into the lounge, and our favourite song – John Legend's All Of Me – was playing. In the middle of the room were rose petals and a note that said 'look out the window'. In the garden were huge light-up letters that said 'marry me'. She'd made them using hundreds of tea lights. I was completely shocked, and when I found Steph, she got down on one knee and proposed.”
Here are some of our favourite images and a list of the suppliers who made the day possible.
