The Fleece at Ruleholme has re-opened!

The Fleece at Ruleholme is a traditional country inn that marries rural charm and comfort with luxury, decadence and quality. It was temporarily closed from 30th January and re-opened on 2nd April 2025. Located in the stunning countryside of North Cumbria, the property features a range of amenities, including skylit balcony lounges, Lakeland stone fireplaces and two oak-framed AA Rosette-winning restaurants. The site is surrounded by rolling green fields, protected woodland, a beautiful tarn and quaint, picturesque villages, perfect for taking those big-day photographs.

The Hadrian Suite is an elegant room with rustic farmhousestyle furniture, a distressed brass bar top, a private manicured terrace and a dancefloor. You and your guests will have exclusive access to the open-plan Hadrian's Suite, featuring modern, comfortable furnishings, breathtaking design concepts and uninterrupted views of the rolling countryside. Should the Cumbrian weather agree, you are also welcome to relax outside in the manicured gardens or under the traditional London lamplight on the private veranda.
