Hotel Gotham is located at 100 King Street, in the central conservation area, in one of the city’s listed building. It was the former premises of a Midland Bank and draws inspiration from the surrounding area offering a theatrical setting with quirky design and character.

The interior of Hotel Gotham is inspired by the Art Deco era, which was popular in the 1920s and 1930s. The hotel’s designers have taken great care to create a luxurious and stylish atmosphere that pays homage to this iconic design period.

The on-site private members club and fine dining restaurant make it a popular choice for celebrations, and the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city’s skyline.

The bedrooms are known for their opulence, luxury and decadence, so whether you’re in need of a single room for your wedding night, multiple rooms for family and friends or exclusive use of all 60 bedrooms, Hotel Gotham has a variety of options available to you.

Celebrate in style
Hotel Gotham offers a range of options for hosting celebrations, from intimate gatherings to the exclusive use of the hotel with its 60 bedrooms. The sixth floor Honey Restaurant pays homage to the building’s banking heritage with displays of bowler hats, green glass wall lamps, and banker-style chairs from the 1900s. With original arched windows overlooking Manchester’s King Street and Spring Gardens, the restaurant is a delightful space during the day and becomes truly magical in the evening, with candlelight and city lights adding to the ambiance. The restaurant can accommodate between 30 and 85 guests. For smaller celebrations, the Private Dining Room in the Honey Restaurant exudes luxury and glamour, and can hold between 12 and 28 guests.

For a truly breathtaking experience, Club Brass boasts panoramic rooftop views of the city from its three outdoor terraces. This is the perfect spot for exclusive or partial hire, with space for up to 150 friends and family.

GILT Club & Strong Room is a newly added venue to Hotel Gotham’s offerings, located two floors below ground level. This exclusive events space has a unique atmosphere reminiscent of the famous cabaret clubs from the 1930s. GILT is highly adaptable and can host anywhere from 30 to 90 guests, making it the perfect place for intimate gatherings with loved ones.
