Skitby is a rustic barn surrounded by Cumbrian countryside with views of the Lake District and Carrock Fell. The exposed ancient timber and traditional sandstone walls merged with contemporary interiors create a chic environment. There are plenty of places to take photographs, including the well-manicured gardens and outdoor seating area that looks stunning in photographs.

Celebrate in style
The Ceremony Wing can host up to 100 nearest and dearest for the service and 45 for an intimate wedding reception.

Alternatively, the Main Dining Space can be used for 140 friends and family.

Skitby can host up to 200 loved ones, and since it’s an exclusive-use venue, receptions can take place throughout the whole building. There is also the option to add an external structure to the outside of the building to accommodate weddings with more than 200 guests.
