Hundhowe is a new wedding venue that’s been decorated to create a homely yet elegant feel. The beautifully painted pale exterior features a grand doorway, formal balustrades, leaded windows, trailing roses and wisteria. Each section of the intimate garden has been lovingly cared for to produce glorious blooms and stunning photo spots. The terrace looks down the valley, while the Billiard Room has a seating terrace overlooking the pond and fountain.

Celebrate in style
Although the venue is not registered, blessings can take place in numerous places, including the Main Hall, which has an impressive fireplace, wood-panelling and room for 50 friends and family.

Alternatively, the Garden Room, with its fold-away doors and skylight, can accommodate 30 guests.

The Billiards Room is also available. It has stained glass features, majestic mirrors and space for 60 loved ones. Each area has a different feel and can be turned around for the evening celebration.

As part of the hire, couples will receive furniture, glassware, bar services and linens. Some additional extras can be added to the package, such as a tasting evening with wine pairing, additional breakfasts for nearby guests, an English wine list and floral arrangements created from the garden.

Meanwhile, cities including Liverpool and Southampton reported no uptake among those surveyed.
