The Casterton Grange Estate, designed by iconic 19th-century architect Ewan Christian, boasts a history steeped in English tradition. Originally built for the Reverend Barclay Bevan, a member of the Barclays Bank family, the house has now been restored and updated to combine classic style with modern luxury. Designed with entertainment in mind, the flexible spaces and interconnecting rooms make the property perfect for hosting parties and events.

Inside is the Billiard’s Room, spacious sitting rooms with open fires, a magnificent conservatory and enough private space to ensure guests can escape the party for a moment of calm if needed.

The estate will leave a lasting impression on guests and is within easy reach of the M6, direct rail connections to London, and there’s also sufficient space to land a helicopter.

The nine double en suite bedrooms in the main house can comfortably accommodate 18 guests, and a further 18 in The Lodge House, Stables Cottage and The Barn.

Celebrate in style
At The Casterton Grange Estate, there’s something to suit grand and intimate celebrations both indoors and out. Whatever the style, the timeless accommodation, picturesque gardens and stunning interiors will set the scene for a wedding to remember.

Although the venue is licensed for civil ceremonies, quintessential English churches can be found nearby at Casterton, Kirkby Lonsdale and Barbon.

We love...
The venue has a rich history and plenty of places to explore and take photographs.
