Situated in the heart of Lancashire, Sparth House is a beautiful white Georgian manor house dating back more than 280 years. Surrounded by trees and set within three acres of land, it’s easy to forget that the venue is only five minutes from the motorway. Sparth House has large gardens at the front and back of the property with rolling lawns perfect for games and photographs. Blossom trees line Confetti Lane, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating where guests can sit and relax.

With a nod to the venue’s 14th-century heritage and Georgian architecture, all areas of the house have been refurbished to create a modern and elegant space. There are 16 bedrooms to choose from, cosy lounge fires, a main staircase and much more.

Celebrate in style
The Woodlands Suite is a beautiful large room with off white walls, wooden floors, a white carpeted aisle and gorgeous mirrors filling the bottom of the walls.

Drinks receptions are held in the Regency Suite and lounge areas which have direct access to the gardens. This space is used while the reception room is turned around and is ideal for evening entertainment.

Lastly, the newly-renovated Alexandra Suite is where guests will spend the majority of the day. It had a neutral colour scheme throughout with warm white walls and wooden floors, ideal for couples looking for a blank canvas. The space boasts an adjoining conservatory, complete with a bar, that leads on to the festoon lit patio and pergola with room for 100 guests for the meal and 200 in the evening.
