Hotel Brooklyn has re-opened for a second time

Just a handful of weeks after Manchester’s newest design-led venue, Hotel Brooklyn, opened in the heart of Portland Street it closed its doors in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The property has announced it will re-open for a second time on 21st August, 2020, celebrating with an amazing competition. Paul Bayliss, the general manager, said: “We already have lots of features designed to allow for an environment where personal space is a key factor, including a self-check-in facility, so no contact is required. We have nearly 200 immaculately clean bedrooms, and practice in hospitality cleanliness lined up ready to go, including UV lamps, misting of rooms, tested and compliant staff fully-trained to the highest standard. Finally, we have a large restaurant, banqueting spaces, several separate kitchens and four lifts, allowing us to plan for continued social distancing. I’m delighted to get back into the office and celebrate the hospitality industry for what it is – the art of entertaining guests.”
