This beautiful shoot was inspired by the suppliers’ love of nature and the Lake District. We spoke to the photographer, Jo Greenfield, to find out more: “We wanted to achieve a stylish look that was still affordable. The set up was simple, and can easily be used in a real wedding with a few key changes. We also wanted to create family portraits with a baby and dog as it’s becoming more common for couples to get married after having children, and dogs are becoming increasingly more welcome at weddings, which is fantastic!”
The team decided to have the shoot at the stunning Eden Barn. “Just 10 minutes from the venue is an open moor,” says Jo. “We wanted to show that you can get epic views even if your venue doesn’t have it on its doorstep. Ask your photographer if there’s a possibility of going for a drive on your wedding day. It’ll give you some time on your own and a chance to get some lovely shots without your guests peering over your photographer’s shoulder with their phones.”
