The Old England Hotel & Spa is a former Edwardian mansion situated in private gardens with a jetty located on the waterfront. Traditionally built using Lakeland Slate frontage, this proud building stands in the centre of Bowness. The hotel has 106 modern bedrooms for guests to choose from, award-winning cuisine and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

The on-site spa has a range of fitness facilities available, including a Technogym, 20-metre heated pool and thermal suite. There is a range of treatments available, including body wraps, massages, and replenishing beauty treatments.

The Garden Suite is a beautiful room with picture windows, stunning views and space for 120 guests for the ceremony and 70 for the reception.

The Bay Room can also be used. This intimate area has a magnificent bay window, which makes the most of the surrounding countryside, lots of light and a neutral décor throughout. It’s capable of holding 20 loved ones for the vows and 16 for the evening celebration.

The happy couples will receive a complimentary menu tasting and overnight accommodation with breakfast the following morning.
