Samlesbury Hall is a 700-year-old property surrounded by ancient woodland, colourful flowerbeds, a rose garden and a cobbled Italian courtyard. The property boasts a black and white exterior, oak-panelled walls, open fireplaces, stained glass windows and 28 on-site shepherd’s hurts.

Celebrate in style
Couples can tie the knot in The Parlour. This room, originally used for dining, dates back to the 14th-century and has space for 30 loved ones throughout the day.
Alternatively, The Whittaker Room is available, with room for 90 nearest and dearest for the vows.
For larger celebrations, The Great Hall is ideal. It’s a beautiful area that can accommodate up to 120 friends and family for the service, meal and reception.
If the weather is nice, lovebirds can have a celebrant-led ceremony outside in the grounds.
