Storrs Hall Hotel is a four-star Georgian mansion surrounded by 17 acres of peaceful woodland and landscaped gardens. This historic home was built in the 1790s and converted into a hotel in the 1890s. There are plenty of places for guests to explore, including The Temple of Heroes, the boathouse and the private jetty.

Celebrate in style
There are plenty of areas where couples can say “I do”. The spacious Drawing Room can hold 80 guests for the service and 30 for the reception.
Al fresco celebrations can take place in the Garden Pavilion, which overlooks the surrounding fells.
The cosy John Bolton room is ideal for intimate services, with space for 24 loved ones for the evening celebration.
The Lake Edge Restaurant, meanwhile, can be used for a wedding breakfast with up to 80 friends and family.
