Leanne and Michael have been together 16 years. "We met in a local pub where I was a waitress," says Leanne. "Michael gave me a letter asking me to go on a date with him and we've been madly in love ever since."
Michael surprised Leanne by proposing on Valentine's Day. "It was a big surprise," shares the bride. "He put the ring inside a balloon, and when I realised it was in there, I said yes and we couldn't have been happier."
Here she shares some of her favourite moments from their big day...
The Rivington Hall Barn was the first and only venue we looked at. We fell in love with it straight away and were attracted to its great reputation and location.
We had an amazing wedding breakfast, followed by a summer barbecue.
Our big-daybake was fourtiers and described as blingy and classy by our guests. Michael is known for his love of cake, so I had an extra piece made saying' hands-off Michael's slice!'
For our centrepieces, we wanted something big and beautiful. Our lovely friend, Joanne from Harrison's Flowers, arranged everything and the result looked great.
We had a white limousine to transport our guests. It looked great, and Michael and I even had the chance to spend 10 minutes in it after the ceremony.
To add a personal touch, we incorporated personalised charms into our bouquets. Mine had a picture and words from my grandma.
My dress was from Something Special Boutique. It was a Romantica design that looked amazing. I accessorised with a detailed veil, my grandma's engagement ring and a bracelet from a dear friend of mine.
Michael and the groomsmen wore grey suits, lavender ties, handkerchiefs and personalised cufflinks.
Michael and I felt fantastic and couldn't wait to see all of our friends and family party the night away.
We hired a LED dancefloor which looked stunning and a confetti cannon which went off during our first dance.
The bridesmaids opted for lavender lace dresses with silver shoes. My two flowergirls wore white gowns, andmy three-year-old son had a Lego buttonhole and Aviator sunglasses.
To keep our guests entertained, we hired a DJ who was beyond fabulous. He worked with Ste on the saxophone, and both ensured the dancefloor was never empty.
Michael's best friend arranged for a Ferrari to pick him up and take them to the barn. It looked great, and they both loved it.
The Rivington Celebrant was outstanding from the day we met her right through till the day of the wedding.
I made a speech, and I was really pleased with how it turned out.
Seeing everyone having a good time was a priceless feeling.
For our honeymoon, we went to Bulgaria and enjoyed some well-deserved family time.
