Here at Your North West Wedding, we’re celebrating our 70th issue! It seems like yesterday that I was picking up the magazine for the first time, but here we are nearly five years later. Our first issue launched in 2010, and since then, we’ve featured some amazing weddings, fabulous styled shoots, and seen the community go above and beyond for its couples, especially in the last year. We cannot thank all of you enough for your support as, after all, we wouldn’t be here without you!
To celebrate, we’ve put together a showstopping issue that’s full of inspiration. We have three real weddings, five styled shoots, the latest images from local photographers and a must-see flowers guide. What’s more, our fashion section is full of on-trend and fairytale-inspired dresses.

Holland Hall Hotel
Holland Hall Hotel is a Grade II listed manor house hotel dating back to 1654. This hidden gem is nestled in the picturesque West Lancashire countryside and is accessible via a long driveway, adorned by luscious greenery, which leads onto a private car park with a charming stone fountain. The stone pillared entrance leads to grand wooden doors that provide a dramatic entrance into the foyer. The modern entrance canopy, private landscaped gardens, conservatory and traditional pagoda create an idyllic backdrop for weddings. Elements of the original Baroque architecture balance perfectly with the recent refurbishment, creating a classic rustic charm throughout the bedrooms, wedding suites, lounges and traditional Victorian pub.
The Terrace Suite is a large, elegant room flooded by natural light with access to the private garden area with room for 100 friends and family. Alternatively, the Garden Pagoda can be used for ceremonies of up to 100 people.
The Garden Suite is a spacious and elegant room with a wall of bi-folding doors that open up to the terrace suite to create an increased capacity for 250 guests.
Decorated with luxury handcrafted tiles, The Ultimate Purveyors is a modern space accompanied by heritage fixtures, large shuttered glass doors that open onto the private patio area, with seating for up to 40 loved ones.

Kelly Garrick, a celebrant based in Blackpool, is offering her services for couples and guests who are hard of hearing. "One in four people are hard of hearing, myself included," says Kelly. "I'm currently in training to walk a marathon for a charity named RNID to help the research and development of hearing loss. I'm also beginning to offer subtitled ceremonies/weddings to help everyone be included in the celebration." She is invested in recognizing what is truly important to every client with more than two decades of experience and qualifications in event management and project management.
