Danish skincare brand Ecooking will launch in the UK this September: Image 1

The brand was born in 2015 in humble beginnings; a Danish kitchen. The range contains over 40 products, each of which is made up of 100% organic oils, combined with the highest quality natural peptides and vitamins. Everything is still produced in Denmark and the formulations are 100% paraben free and vegan (excluding natural beeswax in the brand's Multi Balm and Lip Balms). Their founder Tina Sgaard believes so strongly in honesty and transparency that all the ingredients are listed on each and every bottle. In fact, a selection of products within the range are so pure they're actually perfectly safe to eat.

The brand's bestsellers include an acid infused Peeling Mask to give skin a youthful glow, a Super Serum to relax facial muscles thus reducing fine lines, and a Night Cream to stimulate collagen production whilst you sleep. The entire range is affordably priced to ensure everyone can reap the benefits.

Already distributed in more than 450 doors in Denmark, Ecooking is set to expand into an additional 20 countries by the end of 2018 including the UK. The Danish brand will launch at a number of UK retailers this September including Cult Beauty, Feel Unique, John Bell & Croyden and Indulge Beauty.

Tried & Tested
We were delighted when we was ask to try some of the new products...

Clay Mask
"This gorgeous clay mask is so easy to apply. It has a really thick texture that provides great coverage. There's a satisfying tingle when it's on and you can almost feel it unclogging your pores. It is quite drying so I wouldn't use it on very sensitive skin, but if you have an oily complexion it really left my face feeling soft and smooth." - Hannah Faulder

Fugtmaske
"I don't use face masks often so I was a little apprehensive about trying the Fugtmaske. It's designed to exfoliate the dead skin cells and boost the production of new cells to create soft and clear skin. I found it really easy to use but be careful you don't apply too much! A thin layer is more than enough, I left it on for 10 minutes and I noticed instant results. I have dry skin and I found this product really helped my face look more moisturised and healthier." - Melissa Barker

Super Serum
"A little goes a long way with this Super Serum. It absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling fresh, smooth and plumped ready for makeup. I've actually received compliments on my skin since using it" - Kelly Andrews

Stram Op Firming Serum Capsules
"I loved that fact that each capsule contains exactly the required amount, so there's no need to worry about how much or little to apply. The serum has an oily texture, meaning it spread really well, covering the whole face with ease. It absorbs quickly and left my skin feeling smooth with no oily residue. I'll definitely continue using for the recommended 2 months and look forward to seeing the results" - Jackie Andrews

Acne Serum, £43
"This little gem is absolutely making its way in to my perminant morning routine. Fragrance free and gentle on the skin, ECOOKING's Acne Serum is ideal for reducing redness and preventing bacterial growth on the skins surface, and really helped to clear up my complexion. Plus, it's 100 per cent vegan - what is not too love?" - Annie Cannock

Peel Maske
"I have to admit, I was a little anxious about using a peeling mask at first, especially as I have sensitive skin. However, this is a great no-frills product with no fancy fragrance or packaging and does exactly what it says on the tin! It did have a slight stinging sensation and my face was bright red after I rinsed it off, but it soon faded leaving my skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated. Best used at night, I followed the instructions to the letter and was delighted with the results." - Sarah Reeve

Facial Cleansing Gel
"My skin is super-sensitive, so I when I saw this Facial Cleansing Gel was fragrance free I jumped at the chance to test it out - and it didn't disappoint. I didn't get any nasty reactions that i usually get and my skin felt thoroughly cleansed and had a smooth finish. I used in the morning and at night and started to notice a natural glow too" - Kay Tilbury

Natcreme Night Cream
"I am usually dubious about any product claiming to have the same effect as injectibles like Botox but I decided to give the Ecooking Natcreme Night Cream for the face a try. After all, at 41 I decided anything was worth a go! I really liked the thick rich consistency of this product which was almost like butter. It sunk into my skin really well (leaving no residue on my pillow!) and I loved the scent with just a hint of citrus. After just a few days, I really felt like my skin was beginning to look different, more 'full' with a couple of lines definitely appearing softer. This is going to be a product that I will be buying more of! - Claire Ridley

Multi Balm
"If you love Elizabeth Arden's 8-hour cream (50ml) you'll love Multi Balm eCooking (75ml). It's an all-round skin repair balm, providing intense moisture and skin repair benefits for sunburn, eczema, dry skin, insect bites and more, for all over the body. In fact, I think it's more intensive and works better than Elizabeth Arden's and it's better value for money to boot. I have eczema badly on my leg and have probably tried around 30 different products to clear it up and this is the only thing that ever has! I have a new go-to multi balm, thanks Ecooking! - Danielle Harvey
