Carlisle Racecourse
Nestled in the rolling countryside, Carlisle Racecourse is a beautiful venue that offers stunning views of the surrounding area. It’s easily accessible and boasts a dedicated events coordinator, award-winning catering service and nearby accommodation. The venue is part of The Jockey Club, the largest commercial group in British horse racing with a 266-year heritage.
Tie the knot in the Patterson Suite, located on the first floor it boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a large bar and breathtaking views. It’s capable of holding 240 of your nearest and dearest and the room can be separated into two separate sections to suit more intimate nuptials.
The Lawn Suite is also available; located by the racecourse it overlooks the parade ring and has space for 100 friends and family. There’s also a selection of private boxes available with a maximum capacity of 80 guests.
