Netherwood Hotel
Netherwood is a stunning Grade II listed Victorian mansion that combines traditional features with a modern touch. Situated amidst acres of gorgeous woodland and landscaped gardens, the venue offers breathtaking views across Morecambe Bay. Guests will be wowed as they enter this historic venue, complete with original oak panelled walls, fireplaces, a grand staircase, chandelier and beautiful piano.
Couples can get married and have their reception in a choice of four rooms. The Ballroom is a magnificent oak-panelled room with an adjoining bar lounge. Ceremonies can take place in front of an original carved stone fireplace that dates back to 1893, with room for 180 of your nearest and dearest. The Deakin Suite is also available, with room for 200, it’s a bright and airy space with breathtaking views of the gardens and bay. For smaller nuptials both the Residents Lounge and Library are available, they can seat 30 and 20 respectively.
